Dear UNS-SACCO Members,
In November 2020, the UNS-SACCO Vetting Committee sent out a request for expression of interest for the UNS-SACCO leadership positions. Following a rigorous process and with support from Uganda Cooperative Savings and Credit Union Limited (UCSCU) and the Registrar’s Office, Ministry of Trade, Industries and Cooperatives, the vetting process was completed on 13th February 2021.
We very much thank you all who expressed interest in the various positions. Attached is the list of candidates who met all the requirements for the positions for which they applied.
We will now be directly contacting the candidates who made it to the shortlist on the next course of action. To those who didn’t, we will also let you know the gaps so that you prepare for the next elections.
The candidates are hence forth free to engage members (voters) ahead of the AGM later this month, March 2021.
